Your machines need maintaining. If you don't maintain them properly they will be unreliable, costly to run and hurt your customer service (and your reputation!)

On top of that the maintenance of your equipment is very often a legal requirement, from a compliance and health and safety point of view. It's not sexy, it doesn't add value, but it's got to be done.

We can offer maintenance services as a one-off to overhaul a machine (either on your site or at our workshops) or we can design and implement maintenance routines for you and your business that deliver improved reliability and compliance based on an asset criticality approach.
We can offer a full site criticality assessment and a FMECA study to help you understand what Assets must be maintained along with developing the maintenance activity and frequency and removing the word "check" from the PM's that, in my experience is to just "kick the tyres". We can add in different types of Maintenance activities from
- Time based maintenance (every 2 weeks / 30 hours)
- Cycle based maintenance (every 4000 cycles / units / litres)
- Condition based maintenance (vibration analysis / thermal imaging, temperature monitoring) monitors the condition of an asset so that the correct maintenance can be applied before it fails.
- Lubrication schedules, techniques and correct lubricant (sometimes too much lubrication is as bad as none)

It might be that you have already have a CMMS in place, but it's just not delivering the benefits that you hoped it would. Perhaps it's because your own guys haven't got the time to carry out the maintenance routines, or the skill. Or perhaps your guys aren't able, or don't have the time to 'close the loop' after a breakdown - you are doing Root Cause Analysis, aren't you? And you are rolling the results of the analysis into your maintenance plans aren't you?
