This happy looking chap is Ben. Ben is the owner and 'Senior Engineer' at Peacock Maintenance Engineering Ltd.
He's the guy you're going to meet with when you've need to solve a maintenance engineering problem (how to improve your reliability, how to keep your budget under control, how to get your overhauls done, despite lack of time, funds and labour, etc etc) and he's the guy, as often as not, that you'll actually find doing the work.
Ben is Peacock Maintenance Engineering, and he understands the challenges that the Maintenance Manager faces in the modern factory environment. He's been-there-done-that when it comes to maintenance and maintenance management. That's why you can rely on PME to get the job done.
My Story
I am a multi-skilled engineer with a great passion for Maintenance Engineering with decades of experience across a wide range of companies and industries followed by many years as a Chief Engineer, again in various types of factory, I learned all about the the highs, the lows and the challenges of senior maintenance management.
What I also discovered was that many companies, large and small, do not have the resources (be that money, people or just time) to do things right when they wanted to. Maintenance managers don't want to be muddling through - it's bad for them and it's bad for the factory - but often there just isn't the breathing space to break the cycle and get ahead.

I realised that help was needed in many of the factories, across all sorts of environments, and that I could provide it.

Over the years I have built up not only expertise in Maintenance Strategy, People Management, Training, CMMS optimisation, budget control, Condition Based Maintenance and so on, but also I have built up a very wide range of contacts (Suppliers, fabricators, electrical contractors, machinists etc) that could also be brought into play to help local businesses.

So I started Peacock Maintenance Engineering Ltd and haven't looked back.
